整合素ανβ3、ERK1/2在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其与血管生成拟态的关系
Expression ofανβ3integrin and ERK1/2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its relation with vasculogenic mimicry

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of ανβ3integrin and extracellular signal regulated kinase1/2 (ERK1/2) in cervical squamous carcinoma and its relation with vasculogenic mimicry (VM). Methods A total of 62 paraffin specimens of cervical squamous carcinoma tissue resected by operation (squamous carcinoma group),20 paraffin specimens of high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL group),20 paraffin specimens of cervical low grade squamous intraepithelial le-sions (LSIL group) and 20 paraffin specimens of normal cervical tissue by panhysterectomy due to uterine fibroid in this hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were collected. The immunohistochemical staining was adopted to detect ανβ3integrin and ERK1/2 expression in cervical cancer. The vascular endothelial growth factor 34 (VEGF34) and periodic acid-schiff double stain-ing were adopted to detect the VM distribution characteristics in cervical squamous carcinoma tissue. The relationships between VM and the clinicopathologic parameters of cervical squamous carcinoma and between VM and the expressions of ανβ3integrin and ERK1/2 were analyzed. Results The positive rate ofανβ3integrin and ERK1/2 expression in the cervical squamous carci-noma tissue specimens was significantly higher than that in other 3 groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the expression ofανβ3integrin and ERK1/2 and the VM positive rate had statistical difference among different histological classifica-tions and whether having lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);the VM positive rate in theανβ3integrin and ERK1/2 expression posi-tive specimens was significantly higher than that in theανβ3integrin and ERK1/2 expression negative specimens,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),moreover the expression ofανβ3integrin and ERK1/2 was positively correlated with VM(r=0.366,0.377,P=0.003,0.003). Conclusion ανβ3integrin and ERK1/2 have a certain effect in the occurrence and development of cervical squamous carcinoma,its mechanism might be through the VM formation to participate in the invasion and metastasis of cervical squamous carcinoma.关键词
