四川省邛崃市居民饮酒现状及酒精相关问题调查
Investigation of drinking status and alcohol related problems among residents in Qionglai City of Sichuan Province

Abstract
Objective To understand the drinking status and alcohol related problems among residents in Qionglai City of Sichuan Province to provide the scientific evidence for the related departments to conduct the health education and behavior in-tervention. Methods Randomly extracted 756 residents were performed the drinking related questionnaire investigation by re-ferring to the related literatures and using the self-designed questionnaire in July 2016. Results The alcohol drinking rate in the residents of Qionglai City was 54.63%(413/756),male was 61.04%(293/480) and female was 43.48%(120/276). The daily alco-hol consumption amount for drinker was 42.41 g/d ,55.43 g/d for males and 10.60 g/d for females. Among male drinkers ,the pro-portion of almost everyday drinking was 30.72%. Among female drinkers,the majority[53.33%(64/120)] were less drinking(once a month or fewer);the responsible drinking rate was 68.80% for males and 81.67% for females. The rate of drinking beer was highest in drinking varieties[54.24%(224/413)];the unhealthy elements existed in the drinking styles and ways;the first drinking age showed younger trend;alcohol drinking related problems were common;drinking awareness was not high enough. Conclusion Alcohol drinking is common among the residents in Qionglai City ,moreover different degrees of risk alcohol drinking and alcohol related problems exist. The cognition degree of drinking related health knowledge needs to be increased ,it is urgently needed that the related departments conduct the rational publicity and education ,and adopt the comprehensive interventional measures.关键词
