摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of gastric tube treatment compliance in the patients with primary esophageal cancer in order to propose the nursing strategy. Methods Seventy-eight cases of primary esophageal cancer in the oncology department of our hospital from February of 2013 to December of 2015 were selected ,among them 49 cases of good com-pliance in nasogastric tube treatment were taken as the standardization group ,while other 29 cases of poor compliance in nasogas-tric tube treatment were taken as the control group. The medical data such as sex, education degree, economic status, treatment confidence, adverse reactions to gastric tube treatment and cognitive degree of disease were recorded ,and the influencing factors on gastric tube treatment compliance in the patients with primary esophageal cancer were screened out through the Logistic mod els. Results (1)The single-factor analysis indicated that the treatment confidence, adverse reactions to gastric tube treatment,eco-nomic status and cognitive degree of disease were the influencing factors of gastric tube treatment compliance in the patients with primary esophageal cancer(P<0.05),while sex,age and education degree could not be taken as the influencing factors of gastric tube treatment compliance(P>0.05).(2)The multiple-factor analysis indicated that treatment confidence, adverse reactions to gastric tube treatment and cognitive degree of disease were the independent influencing factors of gastric tube treatment compli-ance in the patients with primary esophageal cancer(P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment confidence, adverse reactions to gas-tric tube treatment and cognitive degree of disease are the independent factors affecting gastric tube treatment compliance in the patients with primary esophageal cancer. Therefore it is considered to carry out the targeted nursing according to the specific cir-cumstance of patients.关键词
