摘要
Abstract
Objective To build outpatient self-service system so as to optimize of the existing hospital outpatient service process and ease the difficulty in seeing a doctor.Methods Based on medical card, hospital related application systems like hospital information system and picture archiving and communication system are integrated, in order to meet needs of outpatient self-service system, functional modules of self-card handling and self-register are designed to improve outpatient self-service system. ResultsHospital outpatient service process was optimized. Patients can easily achieve self-service registration, self-service payment,etc.ConclusionThe system reduces queuing time, improves service quality and efficiency.关键词
