Abstract
In order to solve unnecessary waiting in line in the process of outpatient service, after analyzing the business process, our hospital introduces Alipay mobile payments to optimize the outpatient service process. The Alipay online service saves patient’s queuing time, realizes intelligent awaiting diagnosis that payments and report query are not restricted by time and place. In addition, patients can make comments after seeing a doctor. This payment function realizes full coverage of outpatient service process, which is intelligent and user-friendly.关键词
