关于利用“品管圈”活动提高监护仪调配管理规范率的研究

Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the effect of Quality Control Circle (QCC) on improving the distribution and management standard rate of monitor arranged by distribution center.Methods First, we analyzed by QCC why the distribution and management of monitors was not standard; then, targeted measures were taken to polish up the non-standardized distribution and management of monitors.Results 6 months after QCC was conducted, the distribution and management standard rate of monitors arranged by distribution center was increased to 39.10% from 12.64%.Conclusion QCC not only significantly improved the distribution and management standard rate of monitor and the medical equipment emergency capability, but also fully explored personal potential, enhanced team spirit and raised quality management awareness.关键词
