直接还原竖炉氢气利用率的数值分析及优化
Numerical analysis and optimization on hydrogen utilization in DR shaft furnace

Abstract
It is quite low that the hydrogen utilization of 23% in the hydrogen⁃based DRI shaft furnace. A new process of oxygen blowing into the upper part of the furnace is proposed to make a proper match on physical and chemical energy and to improve the utilization of hydrogen.A CFD software is adopted to simulate the temperature field and the gas distribution of both hydrogen based shaft furnace and the oxygen blowing furnace. The energy consumption is calculated. The study results show that the hydrogen utilization in the oxygen blowing furnace has been increased by 33. 43% compared with the traditional hydrogen furnace with the oxygen consumption of 26. 78 Nm3/t iron at the height of 7m. Meanwhile the hydrogen consumption has been decreased by 22.08% the reduction potential of top gas has been decreased by 61.84% and the consumption of energy has been decreased by 14.72%. The temperature around the position of oxygen blowing in the upper part of the furnace has also been improved.关键词
