摘要

Abstract

A two⁃level scheduling model is established in order to stabilize renewable energy generation volatility. By utilizing this model,the schedule charging and the discharging of electric vehicles in different zones of dispersion are optimized.In the upper level model,the optimization of the charging and discharging scheduling of each agent in each time period is used to reduce the fluctuation of the output of the renewable energy by considering the agents under the jurisdiction of,the number of electric vehicles, the battery storage, the charge and discharge power constraints. In the underlying model, each agent is optimized to manage the charging and discharging time of the electric vehicle,which is under the condition of satisfying the user′s travel plan. In order to solve the problem of the upper and lower model,a genetic algorithm and a particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to improve the optimization ability,and to increase the evolution speed and convergence precision. The results of model analysis show that the constraint condition of electric vehicle charging and discharging is satisfactory. The renewable energy output fluctuations can be effectively stabilized by reasonable arrangements for the electric vehicle charging and discharging.
