Abstract
Objective Observation of oxycodone hydrochloride oral and rectal administration and adverse reactions in two ways in the treatment of cancer pain treatment.Methods In Jin Zhou Medical University First Affiliated Hospital oncology September 2010 to 2015 September 128 cases of patients with cancer pain, the random number table method 128 cases of patients was given to treatment group and rectum give medicine group (n =64 cases). The comparison of the two to medicine way alleviate the curative effect and adverse reaction of pain conditions. Results The effective rate of pain relief in oral administration group was 92.18%, the effective rate was 93.75%, and the curative effect was not statistically significant ( P>0.05) in two groups. The adverse drug reaction of oral administration was 65.62%, the adverse effect of rectal administration was 39.06%, and the curative effect of the two groups was not statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Rectal administration and oral administration to relieve pain effect is equivalent, rectal administration adverse reaction less, for patients with oral difficulty is a convenient and safe and effective way.关键词
