Abstract
Objective To patients with severe sepsis by continuous blood purification treatment of the clinical effect were analyzed. Methods According to randomly selected from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital 76 patients with severe sepsis in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, and to 38 cases in each group were divided into normal group and special groups of patients were given normal group. The routine treatment, patients in the former group of special governance on the basis of continuous blood purification, and then compared with the records of clinical manifestations and curative effect of two groups of patients.Results The special group of 21 cases were cured, 17 cases improved, there is no failure cases, the total clinical effective rate was 100 .00%;normal group 11 cases were cured, 18 cases improved, 9 cases ineffective, the total clinical effective rate was 76.32%, the former is significantly larger than the latter, and there was a significant difference between the two data (P<0.05). At the same time, the special group and common group of patients in the life index and adverse reaction incidence there were statistically significant differences two aspects (the former is better than the latter, P<0.05). Conclusion The routine treatment of continuous blood purification for further treatment of patients with severe sepsis in combination, can achieve ideal curative effect, can also inhibit the occurrence of adverse reactions, it is worth popularizing.关键词
