Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of varicella vaccine inoculation on the prevention and control of varicella. Methods Our CDC were required to accept live varicella vaccination of young children in 90 cases for statistical analysis, using a random number table method all subjects were randomly and equally divided into control group and observation group of 45 cases the control group, children do not accept the varicella vaccine inoculation, the observation group of children received varicella, control observation of the two groups of children. Results In the observation group, 45 children received varicella vaccine inoculation, follow-up statistics showed that: the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.9% (4/45). The observation group of varicella infection rate was 4.4. (2/45), the control group 24.4% incidence of varicella infection (11/45), the observation group children varicella infection rate was significantly lower than the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Varicella attenuated live vaccine for the prevention and control of water outburst effect pox, The Disease prevention and control center to be extremely strong chicken pox vaccination efforts to promote school-age children to be vaccinated, to achieve effective control of chicken pox infection.关键词
