Abstract
Objective The method and clinical effect of human nature nursing measures after percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with urinary sepsis in nursing discussion. Methods 100 cases after percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with urinary sepsis patients were randomly divided into study group (n=50) and control group (n=50), two patients were given basic rehabilitation treatment, the control group was given routine nursing treatment, the study group used routine nursing with humane care, the two groups patients with SAS score, clinical efficacy and compliance. Results after the treatment, each group of patients were improved, but the effect of study group compared to the control group is more obvious, in addition, the study group hospitalization time, hospitalization costs, complications of control is better than that in control group. In the study group, SAS score, clinical efficacy was better than the control group, the compliance behavior was better than that of the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion The proper nursing measures are helpful for stable urinary sepsis patients satisfaction rate and keep the patient's mood after percutaneous nephrolithotomy concurrent.关键词
