Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing measures and effect of sputum drainage in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods From January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital 100 cases of senile pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received the routine nursing care, the experimental group also received expectoration nursing, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 90%, the control group was 58%, and the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with pulmonary infection received conventional nursing care, which is helpful to the consolidation of the treatment effect.关键词
