摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the antiviral nucleoside therapy applications in the treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 94 cases of liver cirrhosis patients randomized to the treatment group (n= 47) in the conventional treatment based on the use of nucleoside antiviral therapy, the control group (n=47) with conventional therapy, compared to the efficacy of the two groups. Results ① incidence of complications in the treatment group was 6.38%, lower than the 19.15%of patients in the control group (P<0.05);②treatment group HBV DNA negative rate was 93.62%, significantly higher than the 6.38% (P<0.01);AST patients③treatment group, ALT, TBiL levels were lower than the control group (P<0.01), and ChE levels were higher than (P<0.01). Conclusion Nucleoside antiviral therapy applications in the treatment of patients with liver significantly, can learn.关键词
