Abstract
Objective To study the metacentric particles with metoprolol therapy of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease with clinical curative effect. Methods Select in March 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital treatment of 80 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) combined arrhythmia as the research object of this experiment, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases, among them the control group treated with metoprolol, observation group in the control group on the basis of joint metacentric granule treatment, to observe the clinical efficacy of compared two groups of patients and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The patient's clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant; Observation group of patients the incidence of adverse reactions are significantly lower than the control group, P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The combined treatment of arrhythmia, coronary heart disease metacentre grain joint use metoprolol, has very good clinical effect, and lower the incidence of adverse reactions, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve the prognosis of patients with effect, worth clinical promotion.关键词
