摘要
Abstract
Objective To reduce the urinary retention rate after vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal walls repair. Methods Divide the 30 cases into experimental group and control group. The control one takes routine nursing ,while the other one started oral traditional Chinese medicine modified Shenqi Pill on the first postoperative day. Then apply B ultra-sonic to test remained urine for cure effect appraisal, observe the urinary catheter after removal of the situation. Results Experimental group had effective rate 93.3% in preventing urinary retention after operation, better than contral one 60%( P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine modified Shenqi Pill can effectively prevent urinary retention after the vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal walls repair.关键词
