Abstract
Objective To investigate the Erxieting Granule combined Bacillus Coagulans Tablets curative effect observation of treatment of diarrhea of children. Methods Selection of diarrhea of children with 60 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups of children with guidance of feeding, adjust the diet, and prevent or correct dehydration and acidosis foundation treatment. Observation group based on this to Erxieting Granule combined Bacillus Coagulans Tablets treatment, the control group on the basis of this to montmorillonite powder combined Bacillus Coagulans Tablets treatment. Observed two groups of children with appetite, mental recovery after treatment, and compare the clinical effectiveness for the treatment of 7 ± 1d. Results Observation group with increased appetite, eat more, god tired idle to improve recovery time shorter than the control group (all P<0.05). 7 d after treatment, the observation group with the clinical total effective rate (93.0%) is significantly higher than control group (80.0%) (P< 0.05). Conclusion Erxieting Granule combined Bacillus Coagulans Tablets treatment of diarrhea of children curative effect, can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs, shorten the course of treatment.关键词
