Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between serum uric acid(UA) concentration and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).MethodsA total of 57 AMI patients in Tianjin hongqiao hospital from January 2016 to October 2016 were enrolled and were divided into high UA group(n=41) and normal UA group(n=116).Clinical features,blood tests, echocardiogram and GRACE risk scores were compared between the two groups.ResultsBody mass index (BMI) and hyperuricemia group with hypertension ratio, triglyceride (TG), N terminal brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), Grace score and left ventricular end systolic volume (LVESV) with high normal uric acid group (P< 0.05 orP< 0.01), and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular fractional shortening (FS) decreased significantly (P< 0.05). Single factor correlation analysis showed that high uric acid group and uric acid level of age, LDL-C, NT-ProBNP, Grace score, LVESV and left ventricular end diastolic volume (LVEDV) was positively correlated (P< 0.05), and negative correlation with LVEF (P < 0.05).ConclusionLeft ventricular systolic function in patients with AMI complicated with hyperuricemia was more obvious, and the risk of in-hospital death was higher, which suggested that the prognosis was worse.关键词
