Abstract
Objective To understand the patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD ) on a low fat diet , the implementation of the cognitive level and lobbyists for clinical provides the basis for health education . Methods The way of face to face interview to investigate and analyze 334 cases of the new hospital patients . Results 334 cases of patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD ) low-fat diet adherence is 35.4 , in the general level of low . History of education , income , age , level , and family level of understanding of low-fat diet and implementation was significantly correlated ( P< 0. 01 ). Conclusion The low-fat diet knowledge level in patients with coronary artery disease in general is in low level , most patients failed to conscientiously insist for a long time to a low-fat diet . Need to strengthen health education , urge patients to establish and maintain a healthy life style , improve their quality of life .关键词
