Abstract
ObjectiveTo apply two ways and complete mesocolon traditional radical resection for patients with colon cancer disease clinical effect of surgical treatment of comparative research.MethodsIn our hospital for treatment of colon cancer confirmed 88 cases of patients, randomly divided into control group and treatment group, an average of 44 cases in each group. The treatment group with full mesocolon resection treatment; Control group treated with traditional radical.ResultsThe treatment group patients with colon cancer operation time and postoperative hospitalization time significantly shorter than the control group; The surgical treatment of colon disease total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group; Perioperative adverse reactions were significantly less than the control group.ConclusionThe application of full mesocolon resection for patients with colon cancer disease surgery clinical effect is very obvious.关键词
