摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the capecitabine monotherapy in elderly curative effect and adverse reaction of advanced gastric cancer. Methods selected from 60 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer as the research object,all the patients were in the capecitabine monotherapy,the drug was observed in patients with the clinical curative effect and adverse drug reactions. Results In the capecitabine monotherapy,3 patients with complete remission,illness alleviates some 15 patients,20 patients with stable condition people,19 patients with disease progression,the clinical total effective rate was 30%.Conclusion Capecitabine for the treatment of elderly advanced gastric cancer has certain curative effect,adverse reactions,but most toxic grading for level 1 and 2,the body is able to tolerate.关键词
