摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the applications of PDCA Cycle in the passing rate of the 5S-Methods of qualified nursing. Methods Nursing Department established a group of quality control, which surveyed and compared the passing rate of the 5S-Methods before and after the PDCA cycle mode. Results After the PDCA cycle mode, the average of the passing rate of the 5s-Methods of qualified nursing is increased from 74.90% to 95.85%(P<0.001). Conclusion Through the research ,we found that the PDCA Cycle could increase the passing rate of the 5S-Methods of qualified nursing effectively, which improved the quality and efficiency of clinic nursing.关键词
