摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the relationship between the self-efficacy, coping styles of new nurses.Methods200 new nurses were administered by GSES(general self-efficacy scale) and a questionnaire of coping style.ResultsThere was education background difference in general self-efficacy. General self-efficacy was related to multiple factors of coping style .High self-efficacy new nurse prefer to use mature coping style .ConclusionGeneral self-efficacy was the important influential factors on copying style of new nurses.关键词
