摘要
Abstract
objective:to study on the implementation of topiramate encephalitis secondary epilepsy patients, carbamazepine, valproic acid sodium treatment method and clinical effect.Methods:to choose between April 2015 and April 2016 our hospital 60 cases of encephalitis secondary epilepsy patients, randomly divided into three groups, 20 cases of patients of group A implementation of topiramate treatment, B group of 20 cases of patients with the implementation of carbamazepine treatment, 20 patients of group C implementation of valproate treatment, observation of treatment of three groups of patients.Results:the therapeutic effect of three groups of patients with no significant difference, the incidence of adverse reactions of patients of group A was superior to that of other two groups, P < 0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion: the implementation of carbamazepine in patients with encephalitis secondary epilepsy, topiramate, and there was no significant difference of the curative effect of valproate treatment, among them the occurring rate of adverse reactions of topiramate is lowest, in the clinical work shal be carried out according to the actual circumstance of patients with drug use.关键词
