Abstract
[Aabstract]objective:to conventional ultrasound combined the qualitative diagnosis value of ultrasound imaging of cervical lymph nodes.Methods:from January 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital for the treatment of cervical lymph nodes in patients with extraction of 40 cases of its using gray-scale contrast-enhanced ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler flow imaging (cdfi) inspections, in accordance with the pathological results it can be divided into two groups, respectively is benign and malignant group, lymph nodes in patients with two groups of aspect ratio, the echo types, medula is eccentric or disappear, blood supply distribution and contrast enhancement paterns, the homogeneous degree of the contrast agent distribution indicators such as comparison. Results: in the conventional ultrasound contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination, the benign and malignant groups of cervical lymph nodes on index difference is statisticaly significant, P < 0.05). Conclusion: routine ultrasonic joint contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination is of high value in diagnosing of cervical lymph nodes, many indicators for integrated judgment of the common to the cervical lymph nodes, promoted the qualitative diagnosis is cervical lymph nodes in the ability to improve.关键词
