Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life and the curative effect of multi drug resistant tuberculosis patients.Methods:from January 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital 76 cases of MDR-TB patients, according to the order of admission to the number, the parity wil be divided into intervention group and control group, 38 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing care, intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention on life quality and efficacy the two groups were analyzed.Results:the intervention group, the total efficiency of focus absorption, cavity closing sputum negative conversion rate of the total efficiency, significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statisticaly significant. The material life score of the intervention group was slightly higher than that of the control group, but the difference between the two groups was not statisticaly significant, P>0.05. The scores of physical function, social function and psychological function in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion:comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients with multi drug resistant tuberculosis, improve the patient's bad mood, is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible, it is worth to be widely used in clinical.关键词
