整形美容外科护理人员健康教育能力的现状调查

Abstract
Objective:Tosurvey the current situation of the plastic surgical nursing health education ability and analysis.Method:The clinical nursing health education ability assessment scale to level 2 above hospitals in Dalian plastic surgery of 138 nursing staff to investigate .Results: Plastic cosmetic surgery nursing personnel health education ability score (156.51±14.82), got the highest score is implementation (54.41±5.65) and minimum dimensions of evaluation( 24.24±2.81).Conclusion:Plastic surgery nursing health education ability is in the upper level, the nurse should begin from the multiple perspectives to improve health education ability, so as to reduce medical disputes, improve patient satisfaction.关键词
