Abstract
Objective to understand the barium enema X -ray image manifestation of constipation in infants.Methods choose 121 cases of infant patients with constipation,unef ective X-ray plain film and barium enema radiography inspection.Results 90 cases were examined by plain film without exception,1 case of incomplete performance low intestinal obstruction,30 ca-ses of colon expansion.Enema radiography examination of 12 cases with congenital megacolon,3 cases of class hirschsprung disease,11 cases of rectal stenosis,3 cases of patients with sigmoid colon long,2 patients had abnormal back blind department position.24,48,72 hours of barium meal emptying rate were 39.47%,79.82% and 97.37%,respectively.Conclusion infantile constipation barium enema in X -ray images help infant constipation USES,early detection,early treatment can help physicians,suitable for further popularization and application in hospital.关键词
