摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of the treatment of acute coronary syndrome with the combination of high dose and high dose of simvastatin.Methods 36 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,18 cases in each group.Pa-tients in the control group were given high dose of atorvastatin treatment,compared with the two groups of patients with clinical treatment ef ect.Results 11 cases in control group after treat-ment,the total ef ective rate was 77.8%,15 cases of patients in the observation group after treatment,the total ef ective rate was 94.4%,the dif erence was statistical y significant P <0.05. Conclusion the clinical ef ect of the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome treated with high dose of non class combined with high dose of Swiss simvastatin is very significant,high safety,high clinical value.关键词
