Abstract
Objective to explore the breast in the cavity mirror,open surgery used in the clinical application value of thyroid benign tumor treatment.Methods 60 patients with thyroid be-nign tumor patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and treated time in February 2014 -July 2016;According to the random draw method divided into observation group and control group 30 cases,observation group to implement the cavity mirror surgical breast into the road,and the control group with traditional open surgery,analyze the therapeutic ef ect of two groups.Results observation group of intraoperative blood loss,flow rate,intraoperative analgesia of incision,increase of the number of cases,length of hospital stay,respectively,20.3 +/-9.3(ml),37.5(ml),7 cases,3.16 14.6 mm +/-0.5(d)is significantly bet er than that of control group(min)91.33 +/-91.33,41.4 +/-25.3(ml),49.2(ml),20 cases,8.05 20. 3 mm +/-0.8(d),(P <0.05).Conclusion thyroid benign tumors after treatment for breast in the cavity mirror the curative ef ect is significant,and can reduce the bleeding,but further pop-ularization in clinical.关键词
