带锁髓内钉联合骨肽注射液治疗股骨干骨折不愈合50例效果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ects of interlocking intramedul ary nail combined with Ossotide nonunion clinical ef ect of the treatment of femoral shaft fracture injection. Methods the control group was treated with interlocking intramedul ary nail fixation surgery treatment,study group were treated with interlocking intramedul ary nail fixation surgery combined with ossotide injection treatment,recording two groups of femoral shaft fracture healing time nonunion after fracture treatment.Results the healing of patients were successful y completed the corresponding treatment group two femoral shaft fractures,fracture healing time of study group was significantly less than the control group,data comparison has obvious dif erence(P <0.05). Conclusion the nonunion of femoral shaft fracture treated with interlocking intramedul ary nail combined with ossotide injection treatmentTo obtain a more ideal clinical curative ef ect,it is con-ducive to shorten the healing time of fracture and ensure the quality of life of patients.关键词
