Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)-obstructive sleep apnea -hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)overlap syn-drome(OS)so as to improve the clinical therapy ef ects of OS.Method Fifty -seven patients with COPD,who were in our hospity in July 2014 to February 2016,were enrol ed,twenty -one patients with OS and thirty -six patients with COPD diagnosed by PSG.BMI,AHI,FEV 1 %,FEV 1 /FVC(%),PH,PaO2,PaCO2,fasting blood -glucose,serum cholesterol were recorded in two groups.Results FEV 1 % 、FEV 1 /FVC(%)、PH、PaO2 were significantly lower in patients with OS than that in COPD(P <0.05),and PaCO2、BMI,and the AHI has significant correla-tions with FEV 1 % 、FEV 1 /FVC(%)、PH、PaO2 and PaCO2(P <0.05).In Stepwise Regression analysis,AHI were associated with FEV 1 /FVC(%)and PaCO2(P <0.05),.Conclusion Overlap syndromes are more likely have respiratory failure compared to only COPD during AECOPD,Overlap syndrome have significantly higher likelihood of metabolic disorders compared to only COPD.关键词
