Study on the Problems in Implementing the Standard for Ref lective Insulating Coatings
摘要
Abstract
It is found that in the actual promotion application, the results can not distinguish the quality of coatings nor reflect the real cooling energy saving effect of the coating, by using the spectrophotometric method stipulated by standards to determine the solar reflection ratio and near infrared reflectance. The entire industry mistakenly treats the"reflective thermal-insulation coatings standard"as the only basis for recognizing"energy-saving coatings". The functional detection index for truly managing"energy-saving coatings"should be the cooling and energy-saving effect of the paint. Therefore, this paper suggests that the national standard for"energy-saving coatings"should be developed as soon as possible.关键词
