摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the status and challenges of China’s work in dealing with the foreign technical barriers to trade. Combining with the practical condition of the public technical service platform on inspection and quarantine in Guangdong, it discusses how to carry out the related work in several aspects from talent training, informationization, testing and certification, scientific research capability to establishing a platform for the communication among inspector, government and enterprises by using the platform.关键词
