Abstract
Urban development has its own inherent laws, which will lead to some harmful results if we don’t follow these laws. Based on analysis of these results, this paper expounds some drawbacks of the current urban development model, and proposes a new urban model - JD model (urban land-unimpeded city model), which adapts to the automobile era. In the end, the value of JD model in future urban development and construction is predicted and analyzed.关键词
