Abstract
According to the principles of systematicness, main factor, operation and objectivity, we construct the evaluation index system of mining economic competitiveness with the second-class indexes and 18 third-level indexes. By using principal component analysis method, we compare and evaluate the mining economic competitiveness of 10 mining provinces in China, including Heilongjiang Province. The results show that: (1) the mining economic competitiveness of Heilongjiang province is the lowest among the 10 provinces; (2) the comprehensive competitiveness of Heilongjiang province is declined, due to the level of mining production and sales, mining science and technology innovation, mineral exploration and development, and newly - discovered mineral resources. Based on the analysis, we suggest that Heilongjiang should handle the ownership of property rights correctly, extend the industrial chain and fine processing, and attract investment based on mining rights, in order to improve the competitiveness of mineral production and sales, mining science and technology innovation, mining exploration and development, and the new discoveries of mineral resources.关键词
