摘要
Abstract
This paper points out that with a wide range of sources of project fund, the public institutions engaged in geological scientiifc research are faced with hard management, and varied management level. In line with the requirements of national scientiifc innovation, some measures are discussed for the implementation of responsibility in the management of fund, including classiifcation management process, laying equal emphasis on simplifying procedures and standardizing ifnancial management, setting up scientiifc ifnancial assistant, and stepping up our ifnancial regulations education and internal audit. Furthermore, we must simplify the process of management, implement the responsibilities of all entities, enhance performance assessments, and create new manner and contents of publicity. These efforts will have signiifcant function on improving performance and efifciency.关键词
