Abstract
As Shanghai has made some good explorations in family doctor system construction,we specially invited a number of community health service managers and interviewed them on sharing the experience of family doctor system construction in Shanghai. Division Director WANG Ling,and Former Principal Staff Member ZHANG Tian - ye of Department of Primary Health Care,Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning,briefly reviewed the building of family doctor system in Shanghai. Director YI Chun - tao of Xuhui District Fenglin Street Community Health Service Center presented that they offer comprehensive and specialized health care services with the focus on developing specialized health care services. Director WANG Jian - bo of Xuhui District Tianlin Street Community Health Service Center stated that they gradually improve the internal operation mechanism of family doctor system in order to promote the family doctors providing high - quality services for community residents. Director CAO Yong - qi of Minhang District Meilong Community Health Service Center described that they value and guarantee the real,balanced and effective implementation of the contracted services provided by family doctors. Director CUI Ming of Yangpu District Yinhang Community Health Service Center illustrated that in order to promote the comprehensive development of family doctor system,they have conducted the following 5 kinds of integrated measures:vertical and horizontal combinations;integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine;integration of general practice and specialized health care services;cooperation with the drug companies, for offering better medication services; and integration services by adding health management to the services provided by family doctors. Director XU Hui - ming of Jing'an District Shimen'erlu Street Community Health Service Center introduced that they deliver convenient medical services based on the different needs of the residents. Director YE Tao of Jing' an District Nanjingxilu Street Community Health Service Center made a point about their experience of carrying forward the construction of family doctor system from the aspects of exploring new thoughts on training family doctors,improving their qualities and income,delivering people - oriented health care services and increasing the propaganda of benefits of family doctor services. It is hoped that the above measures taken in some institutions in Shanghai can provide a reference for the further construction of family doctor system.关键词
