云南省全科医生转岗培训远程教育效果研究
Effect of Distance Training on Job-tranfer for General Practitioners in Yunnan Province

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of distance training on job - tranfer for general practitioners(GPs)in Yunnan Province. Methods In May 2015,the trainees who attended the training on job - tranfer for GPs in Yunnan Province in 2015 from 6 cities and prefectures of Yunnan Province,Kunming,Yuxi,Puer,Zhaotong,Honghe and Lincang were selected as the participants of this study by using the stratified random cluster sampling method. A self - developed Quality Evaluation Questionnaire for Distance Training on Job - tranfer for GPs in Yunnan Province was used to investigate the trainees on the spot, which included the aspects of genera data of the trainee,overall evaluation of the quality and management of distance training on job - tranfer for GPs. A total of 300 questionnaires were issued and 292 valid ones were returned with a response rate of 97. 3% . Results There were 68. 8% (201 / 292)of the trainees who thought the overall effect of the distance training was good or very good. Work unit,degree of education,professional and technical title did not cause the significant difference in the overall evaluation of the effect of distance training between the trainees(P ﹥ 0. 05). Of the trainees,95. 2% (278 / 292)thought that their theoretical knowledge had been improved to a certain extent or greatly,89. 7% (262 / 292) believed that their clinical skills had been improved to a certain extent or substantially. The differences in terms of evaluation of the effect of distance training on theoretical knowledge and clinical skills demonstrated statistical significance between trainees from different work units(P ﹤0. 05). The favorable rate of the effect of distance training on clinical thought,the common psychological and mental problems, and identification and management of acute critical illnesses in communities was 95. 5% (279 / 292),91. 8% (268 / 292), 91. 8% (268 / 292),respectively. There were 92. 8% (271 / 292) of the trainees who were very satisfied or satisfied with the overall management effect of distance training. Work unit,degree of education,professional and technical title did not cause the significant difference in the evaluation of the overall management effect of distance training between the trainees( P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Generally speaking,the distance training on job - tranfer for GPs carried out in Yunnan Province has achieved good effect. However,the selection criteria of trainees need to be stricter,the training should be demand - oriented,the network platform of training needs further improvement and the management of training should be strengthened.关键词
