医疗保险视阈下医养结合结构关系与实施优化
Structural Relations and Optimization of Medical-nursing Combined Care Modes under Medical Insurance Perspective

Abstract
Integrating elderly care and medical resources,and constructing an integrated service system of elderly care,medical care,nursing and rehabilitation,are necessary measures to meet the diversified health and care needs of the elderly. Based on the current main structural relations and characteristics of medical―nursing combined care modes,this article studied the issues that service organizations are facing in the aspects of service ability, administrative supervision, insurance reimbursement,and so on from the medical insurance perspective and analyzed the optimization effect of precise planning and orientation,countermeasures taken by relative administrative institutions at all levels collaboratively,integration of urban resident basic medical insurance and new rural co―operative medical systems,seamless connection of services provided by medical and nursing institutions and by medical institutions at all levels and matched commercial insurance on this kind of modes.关键词
