Research Progress of the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression by Statins
摘要
Abstract
Post - stroke depression( PSD)is a common complication of stroke patients with high morbidity and mortality. It has a negative impact on both the life quality and prognosis of the patients. Previous studies have confirmed that statins not only have positive effect on depression in patients with cardiovascular disease,but also in patients with nervous system disease. This article reviewed the current status,mechanism,safety and feasibility,and the existing problems in the treatment of PSD with statins.关键词
