乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿预防行为相关临床实践指南现况及内容研究
Current Status and Content of Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Prevention of Postoperative Breast Cancer - related Lymphedema

Abstract
Objective To summarize and analyze the content of clinical practice guidelines for the prevention of postoperative breast cancer - related lymphedema(BCRL)both at home and abroad in order to provide a reference for developing this kind of clinical practice guidelines suited to breast cancer patients in China. Methods In June 2016,themes related to the prevention of postoperative BCRL were extracted based on analyzing the contents of relative clinical practice guidelines both at home and abroad included by searching the Internet. Results A total of 5 clinical practice guidelines for preventing postoperative BCRL〔4 in English( 1 has not been revised up to the searching time),and 1 in Chinese〕 were included. Finally 16 recommendations related to the prevention of postoperative BCRL were identified. Of them,4 were mentioned most frequently:exercise(5 times),followed by compression garments(4 times),treatment of infection or prophylactic antibiotic treatment of recurrent infection(4 times),and skin care(4 times). Conclusion There are no special clinical preventive guidelines and standardized clinical preventive guidance for postoperative BCRL in China yet. And the development of them should be based on the actual medical conditions in China.关键词
