Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical manifestation and diagnosis of primary thyroid lymphoma. Methods Two cases with primary thyroid lymphoma who were admitted to the 251st Hospital of PLA were retrospectively analyzed. Its clinical manifestation and diagnosis were also analyzed. Results All of the two patients were male, and their clinical manifestations were painless goiter with different degrees of compression symptoms. The laboratory examination of the disease showed no specific indicator. In the study,the pathological types were thyroid T - cell lymphoma and mucosa - associated lymphoid tissue B - cell lymphoma respectively. Conclusion Special attention should be paid to the possibility of primary thyroid lymphoma in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules,and the patients combined with hashimoto thyroiditis calls for more vigilance. Diagnosis depends on histopathology and immunohistochemistry examination.关键词
