Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect and mechanism of atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation.Methods:88 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 44 cases in each.The control group was given enalapril treatment.The observation group was given atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.The atrial fibrillation attack frequency, duration,ST segment depression degree of two groups were analyzed.The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and other blood lipid indexes changes after treatment were compared between groups. Results:The atrial fibrillation attack time of the control group was improved than that before treatment(P<0.05).The atrial fibrillation attack frequency,attack time,ST segment depression degree effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group,improved than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,TG of the control group was decreased,and the difference was larger(P<0.05).The blood lipid levels of the observation group were lower,better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin can reduce the attack frequency and attack time of atrial fibrillation,and significantly improve the blood lipid levels of patients.It has a significant effect on the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation.关键词
