Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:66 patients with endometrial polyps were selected.They were randomly divided into the single group and the double group.The single group was treated by hysteroscopy.The double group was treated by hysteroscopy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the double group,the total clinical efficiency of 96.97% was significantly higher than 72.73% of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol in the treatment of endometrial polyps was significant.关键词
