盐酸多奈哌齐联合认知行为疗法对轻度认知功能障碍患者的临床疗效
Clinical curative effect of donepezil hydrochloride combined with cognitive behavior therapy on patients with mild cognitive impairment

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of donepezil combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on mild cognitive impairment.Methods:70 patients with mild cognitive impairment were selected.They were randomly divided into the western medicine group and the combined group with 35 cases in each group.The western medicine group were given oral donepezil hydrochloride.The combined group used cognitive behavioral therapy intervention on the basis of oral donepezil.They were treated for 12 weeks.Results:After 8 weeks and 12 weeks of the treatment,the MMSE score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the MoCA score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Donepezil hydrochloride combined with cognitive behavioral therapy compared with simple western medicine treatment,the former can improve the mental state of patients with mild cognitive impairment and cognitive function.It is beneficial to the patients with late disease recovery,and it can improve the quality of life.关键词
