Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration on blood pressure and RA and AngⅡin patients with uremia and refractory hypertension(RH).Methods:63 cases of RH patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis(HD).The experimental group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration(HDF).We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the BP,concentration of RA and Ang Ⅱ in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration in the treatment of RH patients can effectively clear the plasma RA and Ang Ⅱ,reduce the patient's BP,and the curative effect was remarkable.关键词
