摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of metformin combined with liraglutide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:122 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with metformin.The experimental group was treated with metformin combined with liraglutid.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the experimental group,the degree of improvement,the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of metformin combined with liraglutide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus was significant.关键词
