Abstract
Objective:To investigate the significance of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with bronchial arterial infusion embolization in the treatment of stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:64 cases of patients with stage Ⅲnon-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The simple radiotherapy group was given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.The combined therapy group was given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with bronchial arterial infusion.The curative effect and incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The local control rate and short-term effect of the combined therapy group were better than those of the simple radiotherapy group(P<0.05).The survival rate of the combined therapy group at 6 months,1 year,2 years and 3 years were significantly higher than those of the simple radiotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with bronchial artery infusion in the treatment of stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer had better curative effect than that of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.关键词
