摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in treatment of senile diabetes. Methods:110 elderly patients with 2 type diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given insulin glargine combined with acarbose,while in the control group were given human insulin injection combined with acarbose treatment.Results:The time of reaching target of glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and the average blood glucose level in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05);both the incidence of hypoglycemia and gastrointestinal reaction rate in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin glargine combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes patients can effectively reduce blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose,reduce blood glucose fluctuation,with high safety,convenient operation,and especially suitable for elderly patients.关键词
